Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 pounds kosher Italian chicken or turkey sausages
  • 3 large bell peppers mix of red, yellow, and green, sliced into strips
  • 1 large yellow onion sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 oz, drained
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine optional
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Method
