Ingredients
Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
- While the wings are baking, prepare the sauce. In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and apple cider vinegar. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Once the wings are done, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the honey-garlic sauce over them. Toss to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately, garnished with chopped chives or sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
To store leftovers, place wings in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven to maintain crispiness.
