  • 2 pounds chicken wings separated into drumettes and flats
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce use tamari for gluten-free
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
  5. While the wings are baking, prepare the sauce. In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and apple cider vinegar. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
