Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Season the salmon with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Arrange the lemon slices over and around the salmon fillets.
- Sprinkle the minced garlic, chopped dill, and parsley evenly over the fillets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from oven, let it rest for a few minutes, then serve warm.
Notes
For an added kick, sprinkle a pinch of red pepper flakes over the salmon before baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
