Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 12 oz fusilli pasta or any kosher pasta of choice
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1/2 cup black olives pitted and sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled, optional
Dressing
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Pasta
  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
Prepare the Dressing
