Salad
  • 1 head romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup kosher croutons store-bought or homemade
  • 1/4 cup pareve Parmesan cheese grated
Dressing
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce ensure it's kosher
  • 1 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tbsp capers drained and chopped
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Prepare the Salad
  1. Wash and chop the romaine lettuce, then place in a large salad bowl.
  2. Add the kosher croutons and grated pareve Parmesan cheese to the bowl.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
