- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, coriander, turmeric, and cayenne pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for better flavor.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Once hot, place the marinated chicken thighs on the grill.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute.
Notes
For added flavor, try adding a pinch of cinnamon to the marinade. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
