Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon each about 6 oz, skin-on
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Mango Salsa
  • 1 cup mango diced, fresh
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1 medium red bell pepper diced
