Meatballs
  • 1 pound ground beef kosher
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs kosher
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Tomato Glaze
  • 1 cup tomato sauce kosher
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar apple cider
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce kosher

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
